The wait is over for “Weak Hero Class” fans! The second season of the action and suspense K-drama has a confirmed premiere date: April 25 on Netflix. Get ready for more excitement, intense confrontations, and Yeon Si Eun’s struggle to survive in an even more hostile environment.
The new season will continue following Yeon Si Eun (Park Ji Hoon), a top student who, after suffering deep traumas, transfers to Eunjang High School. Carrying the burden of failing to protect his friend in the past, he faces a new scenario of even more brutal violence. Determined to defend those who matter to him, Si Eun embarks on an intense journey of survival and challenges.
The official poster for the second season shows Yeon Si Eun covered in wounds, but with a determined look. The phrase “Stand to protect” suggests that he will be ready to fight for his new friends, even if it means facing greater challenges.
In the teaser, we are introduced to the new threats the protagonist will face. He appears in an intense fight against Geum Seong Je (Lee Jun Young), narrating an apology to his friend Su Ho (Choi Hyun Wook): “I got into another fight. I’m sorry.“
At the new school, rumors about Si Eun quickly spread. One student comments: “I heard he transferred here after killing a guy,” to which Si Eun’s new friend, Seo Jun Tae (Choi Min Yeong), tries to reassure him. However, Si Eun responds in a shocking manner: “It’s not a rumor.“
Despite the hostile environment, new alliances form. Yeon Si Eun begins to bond with his classmates Park Hu Min (Ryeoun), Seo Jun Tae, and Go Hyun Tak (Lee Min Jae). Gradually, he opens up and remembers what it’s like to have friends. But this peace is short-lived: the four are soon dragged into the chaos of violence that dominates the school.
At the end of the teaser, a chilling message from Si Eun promises moments of pure tension: “Don’t cross the line.”
The new season will be released on April 25 on Netflix, bringing more electrifying scenes and intense development for Yeon Si Eun. If you’re a fan of school dramas packed with action and suspense, you can’t miss it!
