5. Insam-cha (인삼차) – Ginseng Tea

Yujacha (Yuzu Tea) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 yuzu (or a Meyer lemon if yuzu is unavailable)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of hot water

Instructions:

  1. Wash the yuzu thoroughly and slice it thinly, removing the seeds.
  2. Mix the slices with honey in a sterilized glass jar.
  3. Let it sit for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. To serve, add a spoonful of the mixture into a cup and pour in hot water.
  5. Stir well and enjoy!
